Midlife brings change — to energy, focus, hormones, and how our bodies feel. A private session gives you space to explore movement, yoga, and rest in a way that truly supports where you are right now.
Together, we’ll use movement, breath, and relaxation to help your body and brain feel steadier, stronger, and more at ease in daily life.

Add a little myofascial release
I also offer sessions in the Roll Model Method — a self-myofascial release practice using therapy balls.
This can be woven into your movement sessions or explored on its own to ease muscle tension, improve breathing, and encourage deep rest.
What to Expect
Each 1-to-1 session begins with a short chat to check in on how you’re feeling that day — what’s been going well, and where you might need a little extra support.
From there, we’ll move through a sequence designed specifically for you — blending movement, breathwork, and rest in ways that meet your body and energy in the moment.
Every session is guided by curiosity, compassion, and the understanding that no two days (or midlife seasons) are quite the same.
Pricing + How to Book
Private sessions are 60 minutes, tailored to your body, goals, and season of life.
You can choose a single session or a series to deepen your practice and stay consistent over time.
Pricing:
Single session: €60
4-session series: €220
6-session series: €300 (best value — your sixth class is free)
Sessions can take place at my home studio in Lévignac-de-Guyenne, or in your home (within a 30-minute radius).
Online options are also available via Zoom if that suits you better.
Each session includes a short pre-class chat to discuss your needs and tailor the practice to you.
