Self-Care for Menopause Online Programme

Midlife can mean busy busy busy for so many of us. As we enter the stage of life when we really benefit from paying more care and attention to ourselves, we don’t always have the time - or even the energy - to start. And often, we’re not even sure of where or what or how to begin. What are the best things to do to support our bodies and minds throughout perimenopause and beyond?

As confusing as it can all seem, there are some bottom-line truths that we all benefit from. Not just during menopause, but also the rest of our lives after the hormonal rollercoaster starts to settle. I call this the 4 pillars of self-care for menopause. The beauty is, consistently making even a small time investment into any of these pillars can have a huge pay off.

Here are the 4 pillars of self care:

How does the Programme work? ⁣

Self-care is both learning when and how to be gentle with yourself AND doing the work to help support your body and mind now as well as for the future. Both/and. Gentleness/strength. Ease/support. ⁣

Every week for 4 weeks, you will receive three 20 minute classes delivered to your inbox - 4 hours of practice in total that can fit easily into your busy life. You don’t need to commit to hours per week - shorter but more consistent practices can have greater impact than one hour squeezed begrudgingly into a hectic schedule.

Each 20 minute class offers something different, and in each full week of classes I will guide you though all 4 pillars of self-care for peri/menopause. Classes offer options to progress when you are ready, and also to ease off as needed.

You are encouraged to show up for this programme just as you are. Move as you are with no pressure to perform in any way other than what works best for you. Explore how movement, breath, and rest help you to reconnect to, and care deeply for, yourself.
